在实际工作中,采用湿化学方法制备了BaTi0.8M0.2O3-δ(M=Ni、Fe、Co、Mn)陶瓷;接着应用XRD和TEM仪器分析得出:所制备的陶瓷均为六方钙钛(h-BaTiO3)矿晶体结构。通过电子导电性研究,表明:六方BaTiO3陶瓷呈现优异的电阻负温度系数(NTC)特征。本文采用电子跃迁模型分析讨论了陶瓷材料的电子导电性质与NTC特性。
BaTi0.8M0.2O3-δ(M = Ni, Fe, Co, Mn) ceramics were prepared by using a wet-chemical method. The analysis by XRD and TEM shows that the prepared ceramics have the hexagonal perovskite crystal structure. The investigations of electrical conductivity of the ceramics reveal that all the hexagonal BaTiO3 ceramics show excellent characteristic of negative temperature coefficient (NTC) of resistivity. The electrical conductivity and NTC effect of the ceramics were discussed by using the electron hopping model in present work.
