本文针对褐煤复吸严重问题,采用氯化钙电解体系电解处理,利用低温氮吸附方法研究了褐煤电解前后孔隙特征以及对煤质的影响。研究发现:随着电位梯度的升高,褐煤开放型孔隙发生变化,孔径分布变宽,大孔径数量增多,比表面积和总孔容显著下降,平均孔径显著增加,复吸水份明显降低。尤其当电解后电解梯度为2.0V·cm-1时,比表面积和总孔容分别降为原褐煤的18.32%和62.96%,平均孔径增加436.86%,分析煤样放置1天复吸后水分仅为2.82%。
Aiming at the serious re-absorption problems on of dewatered lignite,the paper with the CaCl2 electrolyte processing the lignite,studied the pore characteristics variation of lignite and its influence on coal quality before and after electrolysis by low temperature nitrogen adsorption.It was shown that with the increase of the electric potential gradient,the open porosity was changed,the pore size distribution was changed widely,the number of large size pore was increased,the specific surface area and the total were reduced significantly,the average pore diameter increased significantly,the re-adsorption moisture was reduced obviously.when especially electric potential gradient being 2.0 V·cm-1,the special surface area and the total pore volume were respectively reduced to 18.32% and 62.96% of the original lignite,the average pore diameter was increased by 436.86%,the internal moisture after re-adsorption for 1day is only2.82%.
