英文摘要：

The empirical study on the constraints of Chinese enterprises＇ efficiency in non-renewable energy from micro perspective is of great significance to solve the ＂ meadows dilemma＂ and realize their sustainable develop- ment, Based on 227 questionnaires and by means of SPSS ＆AHP, this paper identifies the factors that constrain Chinese enterprises＇ efficiency in non-renewable energy, including enterprises＇ consciousness and ability, finan- cial performance, market factors and governmental regulations. Further descriptive, correlation and regression anal- ysis shows that financial performance has the highest score and governmental regulations as well as enterprises＇ con- sciousness and ability play the key role to constrain Chinese enterprises＇ efficiency in non-renewable energy. Fish- er-Vanden （2004） ＇ s conclusion is improved.
