针对农村生活污水水质波动大、氮磷含量较高、运行管理难度较大等特点,通过实验寻求一种抗冲击负荷能力强、氮磷去除效率高、自动化程度高、节能环保并适应安徽省气候环境的污水处理工艺。通过采用高负荷渗滤田+反硝化池组合工艺处理安徽省某处农村生活污水,在确定工艺参数的基础上,对不同负荷下该工艺的处理效果进行实验研究,并对污染物去除效率进行分析。同时提出通过在反硝化池中混合20%的原水作为外加C源,旨在提高TN去除效率。结果表明,该工艺抗冲击负荷能力强,出水各主要污染物指标能稳定达到城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准(GB 18918-2002)一级A排放标准要求,对COD、BOD5、SS、NH3-N、TN和TP的平均去除率分别达到90.56%、94.89%、92.19%、94.20%、83.43%和91.06%。同时该工艺运行费用较低,自动化程度高,氮磷去除效果稳定,适应我国目前农村生活污水处理现状。
According to the characteristics of rural domestic sewage such as variation of water quality, high contents of nitrogen and phosphorus and the difficulty of operation management, a sewage treatment process with strong resist impact load capacity, high nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency, high degree of automation, energy conservation and environment protection and adjusting climatic environment of Anhui province was explored through experiments. For treating rural domestic sewage in Anhui province with a combined process of high hydraulic loading subsurface infiltration system and denitrifying tank, treatment efficiency of the process under different loads was investigated and pollutant removal efficiency was analyzed based on process parameters. To improve TN removal efficiency, 20% raw water was mixed in the denitrifying tank as external carbon source. The result showed that this process has strong resist impact on load capacity, and the average removal rates ofCOD,BOD5,SS,NH3-N ,TN and TP were 90.56% ,94.89% , 92.19% ,94.20% ,83.43% and 91.06% respectively, which met the GB18918-2002 first A emission standards in Urban sewage treatment plant pollutant discharge standards. Meanwhile, operating cost of the process was relatively low with high degree of automation and stable nitrogen and phosphorus removal efficiency, which could meet the needs of current rural sewage treatment.
