超临界水氧化技术(SCWO)是近30年发展起来的一种有机废弃物深度处理技术,与传统处理技术相比,具有明显的优势和广阔的应用前景。但运行过程中存在的设备腐蚀等问题严重制约着其推广与应用。为解决这一问题,国内外研究人员对SCWO过程的腐蚀机理及腐蚀控制方法进行了研究,以期从材料选择与结构优化两个方面控制SCWO设备的腐蚀。本文对国内外SCWO系统腐蚀研究的进展进行了综述,并对相关问题进行了讨论。
Supercritical water oxidation (SCWO) is a potential organic waste treatment technology developed in recent 30 years, which has significant advantages and broad application prospects compared with traditional treatment technologies. However, the corrosion of equipment during its operation has severely restricted its promotion and application. Research on corrosion mechanism and corrosion control of SCWO process has been conducted, and materials experiments have been performed so as to control the corrosion of SCWO equipment from material selection and structure optimization. In this paper, the research development about corrosion of SCWO system at home and abroad is summarized and related issues are discussed.
