为了应对越来越频繁的冰灾,减少覆冰造成的电网设备破坏,避免大面积断线倒塔,进行了直流融冰装置的研发和应用。根据各电压等级架空线路直流融冰参数分析结果和人工气候试验室试验结论,提出了适用于我国电网交流输电线路的直流融冰技术方案。基于直流融冰关键参数研究结果,针对直流融冰的特殊性和变电站实际情况,提出了带专用整流变压器的12脉动直流融冰装置和不带专用整流变压器的6脉动直流融冰装置这2种经济实用的拓扑结构,完成了样机研发和现场试验。根据实际应用效果,进行了直流融冰装置的推广应用。2009—2012年覆冰期直流融冰装置在国内特别是南方电网的实际应用表明,这种直流融冰装置显著提高了电网抵御冰灾的能力。
In order to deal with ice damages and prevent towers and conductors in power grid from collapsing and being broken,it is necessary to develop DC deicer.Calculating and analyzing tests in an artificial climate chamber,and simulating the conductor deicing parameters,we proposed the DC deicing technical scheme for typical transmission lines at various voltage levels in China.According to the results of studying DC deicing key parameter,the particularity of deicing processes,and the practical situation of substations,we proposed two economical and practical topological structures of DC deicer,i.e,a 12-pulse DC deicer with a dedicated converter transformer and the other 6-pulse one without dedicated converter transformer.Moreover,prototypes of two types of de-icier were developed,and their field tests were performed.Based on the early application results,the deicers was popularized and applied in China,especially in China Southern Power Grid(CSG).The application during the icing seasons of 2009-2012 shows that the capacity of power gird withstanding ice calamity has been improved significantly by applying the DC deicing technology.
