以耗散结构理论和熵值原理为基础,对且末县耕地系统生产能力进行评价。利用现有的相关数据,建立且末县耕地系统生产能力评价指标体系,对指标体系的熵值进行计算。通过观察耕地生产熵、外界投入熵和生产能力总熵的发展变化,分析该县耕地系统在1985—2005年间的发展状态演化;计算各指标的权重值,分析耕地系统内部各要素与系统生产能力发展之间的关系,并确定影响耕地系统生产能力发展的序参量。结果表明:①且末县耕地系统21a间的总熵呈现出下降趋势。说明该县耕地生产能力不断提升,耕地系统远离平衡态,并向更加稳定的、繁荣的方向发展;②通过计算生产能力评价指标的权重,得出的序参量对生产能力提高具有更重要的作用;③实例证明,耗散结构理论与熵值原理用于耕地系统生产能力评价是可行的,得到的结果表明选取的各指标能够反映且末县耕地系统的整体发展状况,与实际情况较为吻合。图1,表2,参18。
Based on Dissipative Structure Theory and Entropy Principle, this paper evaluated the cultivated land productivity. Available data was used to set up a indicator system of evaluation of cultivated land productivity in Qerchen. And the entropy of indicator system was calculated. Observing the alteration of cultivated land producing entropy, outside import entropy and the productive force entropy, the author analyzed the evolvement of cultivated land from 1985 to 2005. With the calculation the Weight of indicators, we analyzed the relationship between factors in cultivated land and the productivity, and found out order parameters. The results indicated :(1)Cuhivated land entropy in Qerchen decreased in the past 21 years. The productivity continue to increase. The cultivated land was far from balanced and it became more and more stable and prosperous ②With the calculation of Weight of indicators, it was found that order parameters were important to increase the productivity. (3)Taking the example, it is found that Dissipative Structure Theory and Entropy Principle could be used on evaluation of productivity of cultivated land. The indicator system reflected the development of cultivated land in Qerchen. And the results tally with reality.
