MF2型(M=Mg,Ca,Sr,Ba)碱土金属氟化物纳米材料因具有独特的光、电和化学性质,在发光及显示器件、光学成像、生物荧光探针等方面得到了广泛的应用。综述了MF2型荧光纳米材料的几种常用的制备方法及其应用领域,并展望了MF2型荧光纳米材料的发展趋势。
MF2 type (M= Mg, Ca, Sr, Ba) fluorescent nanomaterials have unique electronic, optical and chemical properties, which have been widely used in luminescence devices, displays, optical imaging and biolabeling and so on. A comprehensive review was presented on the general preparation methods of MF2 fluorescent nanomaterials. The application and the development trends of the MF2 fluorescent nanomaterials were also proposed.
