Not only the influence of relation capital on manufacturing members of industry cluster＇s technological innovation performance is significant,but also the influence of relation capital on human capital and organization capital is significant.At present,the development of manufacturing members of industry cluster can not be separated from full use of cluster shared resource.It is the key growth path for the manufacturing members of industry cluster relying clusters learning through local network and beyond clusters learning through differentiated network.The over dependence on vertical relation capital will inhibit manufacturing members of industry cluster raise their own managerial capability.The vertical strategic cooperation which based on specialization needs to be strengthened.The innovation system which based on regional specialization industry cooperation is still not established.It is necessary to improve innovation network making plenty use of relation capital for traditional manufacturing members of industry cluster.On this basis,we can adjust internal mechanism for coordination and development of industry cluster constantly,such as cluster learning mechanism,cluster organization mechanism,cluster professional human capital-building mechanism,and so on.It is the key way for manufacturing members of industry cluster to change from machine-type to innovation-type.
