采用叶碟法测定了半夏乙醇提取物对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的选择性拒食活性和非选择性拒食活性。结果表明:半夏乙醇提取物对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫具有明显的拒食作用,拒食率与浓度呈正相关,当浓度为100mg/mL时,其24h选择性拒食率可达85.37%,非选择性拒食率为86.78%。在选择性拒食试验中,提取物对3龄幼虫的AFC50分别为32.107mg/mL(24h)和43.594mg/mL(48h);在非选择性拒食试验中,提取物对3龄幼虫的AFC50分别为14.459mg/mL(24h)21.527mg/mL(48h)。以上结果表明,半夏乙醇提取物具有很好的研究价值和实践意义。
Leaf disc choice bioassays were employed to investigate both selective and non-selective antifeedant activity of the ethanol extracts of Pinellia ternate against to the 3rd Spodoptera exigua larvae. The results showed that the extracts had preferable antifeedant activities, the higher the concentration was, the stronger the antifeedant activity was. IN 24h the selective antifeedant rates and non-selective rates were 85.37% and 86.78% at the concentration of 100mg/mL. In the test of antifandant activity, the selective AFC50 were 32.107mg/mL at 24h and 43.594mg/mL at 48h,and the non-selective AFC50 were 14.459mg/mL at 24h and 21.527mg/mL at 48h respectively. It was suggested that the study provides the basis for the development and utilization of this insecticidal plant in the future, and it has theoretical and practical meaning for the IPM.
