针对目前我国传统保鲜技术采用加热消毒、添加防腐剂会破坏保鲜对象的营养成分且有副作用的问题,基于51单片机设计了果蔬保鲜自动测控系统。通过温度传感器DS18B20测量保鲜装置的温度,经下位机单片机系统采集,并通过串口通信将采集温度发送至上位机;上位机能够实时监测现场数据,并通过与设定的恒定温度进行比较,若达到降温要求则发送命令至下位机,启动压缩机降温。设计的测控系统成本低、性能优,为果蔬保鲜系统的设计提供了借鉴。
According to the status of our traditional preservation technology which destroys many nutrients and has side effect by heating or antiseptic, the automatic observe and control system is designed based on 51MCU technology. The lower monitor gets the device's tempreture inside by DS18B20 and sends the data to upper monitor through serial communication. The upper monitor shows the information and compares the data with constant value which is set, the startup order is sent to the lower monitor with serial transmission. The system has the character of low cost and good nature, and also provides a reference for Preservation Technology system design.
