以竹炭为载体,使壳聚糖和海藻酸钠两者通过静电作用在竹炭表面形成聚电解质膜,制得竹炭—壳聚糖复合型吸附剂.用SEM、FT-IR对其进行形貌观察和结构表征,并研究了该吸附剂对酸性红B溶液的吸附性能.结果表明:竹炭、壳聚糖和海藻酸钠三者的相容性较好,竹炭—壳聚糖复合吸附剂具有良好的韧性;在温度为4-15℃,pH值为3.5时,吸附效果较好;当复合吸附剂中竹炭壳聚糖海藻酸钠的配比为4:0.54:0.06时,复合吸附剂对酸性红B(其质量浓度为400mg·L^-1)的饱和吸附量约为397mg·L^-1。
A compound sorbent made of bamboo charcoal, chitosan and sodium alginate was developed. The compound sorbent was prepared via composite process using bamboo charcoal as supporter, which was loaded by chitosan and sodium alginate with electrostatic effect. Physicochemical properties of the composite were characterized by using SEM, FT-IR. The sorbing performance of the sorbent for acid red B in water solution was investigated. The results showed that the sorbent possesses favorable compatibility and toughness. The optimum conditions for sorbing acid red B were as follows, temperature = 4 - 15 ℃, pH value = 3.5. The sorbent has saturated capacity of sorbing acid red B from solution (400 mg.L^-1 ), which was about 397 mg·g^-1 , when makeup proportion of bamboo charcoal, chitosan and alginate was 4: 0, 54: 0. 06.
