针对间谐波不易检测的特点,该文提出了一种新的间谐波参数分析方法.首先利用多维纳滤波器的旋转不变技术估计信号参数方法MSWF-ESPRIT (estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques based of multiple stage wiener filter)对间谐波信号进行频率估计,然后再利用粒子群算法PSO (particle swarm optimization)结合自适应最小均方LMS (least mean square)算法以两种群协同进化的方式对间谐波信号的幅值与相角进行估计.双种群自适应PSO算法的提出提高了算法的收敛速度与粒子位置向量的准确度,减小了陷入局部极值的概率.仿真结果表明,MSWF-ESPRIT算法在较高信噪比下谱估计结果优于总体最小二乘旋转不变子空间.
Since inter-harmonics can hardly be detected, a new method for inter-harmonics parameter analysis is pro- posed. Initially, the rate of inter-harmonics signal can be estimated by MSWF-ESPRIT. Then the PSO algorithm com- bined with adaptive LMS via the approach of double the population co-evolutionary is applied to estimate the amplitude and phase of the inter-harmonics. The proposed double population adaptive PSO enhances the speed of the conver- gence and the accuracy of the particle's position, and decreases the probability of being trapped in the local extremum. The simulation result illustrated that MSWF-ESPRIT algorithm is better than the total least square-estimation of signal parameters via rotational invariance techniques under the relatively higher SNR spectrum circumstance.
