高校绩效考核应当建立在更为科学和精确的数学工具的基础之上,而利用层次分析法(AHP)建立起的高校教师绩效考核指标体系分析范式,一方面可以定性地科学分析高校教师绩效考核各指标的权重,另一方面亦可以帮助管理者结合具体实际制定更为合理的绩效考核方法与形式,从而为高校教师的绩效考核提供一个切实可行的操作方法。
The performance evaluation of colleges and universities should be based upon the scientific and precise mathtools,and the analysis paradigms of the index system of teachers performance examination in the vocational colleges established with the help of AHP.In this way the evaluation can analyze scientifically the weighting of all the indexes,and can help directors make reasonable methods and forms for performance evaluation according to practical situation in order to provide a positive method for teachers performance examination in the colleges and universities.
