英文摘要：
He - nandi and Xin - qinzhong were two regional concepts appeared in the literature of Qin and Han Dynasties. They were mutual but different areas, and forming different geographical units. The change of the two regions had a profound impact on the northwest frontier of the Qin and Hart dynasties. Scholars of history and historical geography gave a high attention to research the two concepts. It is worth recovering the real interrelation of spatial locations and interrelation of two regional concepts due to it hasn＇ t a consistence of the issue.
