设计了普通钢筋混凝土和3种高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土(渣砂渣石、渣砂普石、普砂渣石)的4组梁,进行纯弯试验研究,每组梁以配筋率为变化参数各制作了3种梁,共12个试件。从破坏形态、开裂弯矩、极限弯矩以及弯矩-挠度曲线等方面对所有试件进行抗弯试验研究,最后利用有限元对所有试件的荷载-跨中挠度过程曲线进行计算。研究表明:3种高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土梁的破坏形态与普通钢筋混凝土梁基本相同,高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土梁的抗裂性能和抗弯极限承载力优于普通钢筋混凝土,利用有限元法能够较准确的预测高钛重矿渣钢筋混凝土梁的正截面极限抗弯承载力。
Four groups of beam were tested in bending,including one group of conventional steel reinforced concrete beam and the other three groups of steel reinforced concrete beam with various high titanium heavy slag aggregates.The mechanical behaviors of steel reinforced beams with high titanium heavy slag aggregate were evaluated and compared with conventional steel reinforced concrete beams in terms of fail-ure mode,cracking strength,ultimate strength and deformation.The test results indicated that the failure pattern of the beams with three types of high titanium heavy slag aggregate was similar to that of conven-tional concrete beams.The cracking strength and load carrying capacity of high titanium heavy slag rein-forced concrete beams were found to be superior to those of conventional concrete specimens.Based on the test results,the load-deformation curves of all specimens were numerical calculated by finite element meth-od.The simulation results were in good coincidence with the test data,which showed that the theoretical model could be used to predict the load-deformation response of the beams with high titanium heavy slag aggregate.
