基于能力视角，探究农民工创业者的网络能力、动态能力与创业绩效之间的作用关系，并运用结构方程模型分析方法，对187个农民工创业样本进行实证研究。结果表明：创业者的网络能力能够正向影响自身动态能力和新创企业的市场绩效，但是对财务绩效的影响并不显著；动态能力在网络能力与财务绩效的关系中起到完全中介作用，在网络能力与市场绩效的关系中起到部分中介作用。

英文摘要：

From the perspective of capability, the paper studies the relationship among migrant work- ers＇ network capability, dynamic capability and entrepreneurial performance. With a sample of 187 migrant worker entrepreneurs, empirical research is made by using structural function model. Results show that en- trepreneur＇s network capability has positive effect on their dynamic capability and market performance of new ventures, but its effect on financial performance is not significant, while entrepreneur＇s dynamic capa- bility plays full mediating role in the relationship between network capability and financial performance, and plays a partial mediating role in the relationship between network capacity and market performance.
