The strategic alliance for industrial technology innovation is one important measure to develop the strategic emerging industries. By means of analyzing the scale, aims, governance methods, funding structure, interest distribution, relationship quality and innovation performance, it is found that many problems exist including small quantity , short period of establishment, unbalanced innovation performance, imperfect mechanism and irregular institution environment. And it puts forward the improvement measures including increasing numbers of the industrial innovative alliances,improving the innovation performance, perfecting the alliance mechanism and optimizing the development environment.
