针对辊式淬火方式,分析7050铝合金大板辊式淬火过程中辊道速率变化对板材温度场与应力场的影响。利用Fortran语言编写换热子程序对MSC.Marc有限元软件进行二次开发,建立铝合金大板辊式淬火仿真模型。分析不同的辊道速率工况下铝合金大板淬火过程中温降特性,获得了铝合金大板淬火后的应力分布规律。利用实验的应力测试结果验证了仿真规律的正确性。研究表明铝合金大板辊式淬火过程中,辊道速率的增加有利于提高大板应力分布的均匀性。
For the roller quenching method, the effects of roller speed change on temperature and stress field of 7050 aluminum alloy plate in quenching process were analyzed. A roller quenching simulation model was established with MSC. Marc finite element software secondary development utilized the heat transfer subroutine was compiled by Fortran language. Temperature drop characteristics of plate under different working conditions of several roller speeds were analyzed, and the aluminum alloy plate's quenching stress distribution law was obtained. The stress test result has verified the validity of the simulation rule. Research results show that the uniformity of stress distribution is improved by the increased roller speed.
