绝缘子的覆冰及闪络特性是国际研究的热点问题。为此从理论上分析了绝缘子的带电覆冰机理,并在人工气候室内进行了试验,应用绝缘子覆冰及放电过程中紫外光子量的变化来分析覆冰绝缘子的安全运行状态。研究结果表明:根据紫外光子量的变化,带电绝缘子覆冰过程可分为3个阶段;绝缘子带电覆冰过程不仅与环境参数、绝缘子材料和型式有关,而且外加电压产生的各类放电现象对覆冰的形成有明显影响,其作用减少了覆冰质量和密度,提高了约10%的闪络电压;在覆冰期和融冰期,紫外光子量均能对绝缘子的实时状态做出有效的评估。
We analyzed the icing mechanism of energized insulator,and experimentally investigated the insulator icing and flashover characteristics both in the icing regime and the melting regime with the variational ultraviolet photons.Results show that the icing periods contain three main periods;moreover,the condition factors,type and material of insulator affect the icing condition and the applied voltage.The applied voltage decreases the ice mass and density on insulator,leading to the increase of flashover voltage with the percentage of about 10%.Both in icing period and melting period,the ultraviolet photons can reflect the safe condition of energized insulator.
