通过拓展"新竞争"环境下的关系观,本研究实证检验了市场未来性、信任关系和业务网络对企业关系能力和企业绩效的影响。研究结果证实,信任关系和业务网络影响企业关系能力的开发,同时以信任关系和业务网络为核心的企业关系能力所产生的影响能促使企业实现更优绩效。该结果说明,企业可着眼于关系能力建设以推进企业绩效,而关系能力建设即意味着组织间交换承诺以形成平衡的依赖关系,这种平衡依赖关系以创造信任和最大化业务网络为特征。本研究最后还发现,企业有效开发关系能力的能力深受B2B关系发展状况的影响。
By expanding the relationship view under ‘new competition’ environment,this study explored the impact that market futurity,trust relationship and business network on enterprise relational capability and enterprise performance.The results show that trust relationship and business network influence the development of enterprises’ relational capability.Meanwhile,enterprises’ relational capability helps to promote the performance of enterprises.Furthermore,the results also indicate that firms can promote their performance by focusing on the development of relationship capability.The development of relationship capability means exchanging their commitment among organizations so as to form interdependent balanceable relationship.At last we found that the ability of enterprise to develop relationships effectively has been deeply influenced by B2B relationship.
