WHIGG F90 LIB （WFL） is a scientific computation static library written in FORTRAN90 language, which is designed to be used in geoscience. By use of WFL, we can avoid writing the same program repeatedly, and preprocess the data easily; we can analyze the scientific problems quantitatively by combining multi-methods in WFL. We also give applied examples of WFL in 3 subjects of geoscience： the Earth＇s gravity field, climate change, and digital signal processing. It has been proved that WFL is a powerful and effective tool in scientific computation.
