New demands to developing of military scenarios have been put forward according to the distributed and isomerous characteristics of-the large warfare simulation systems. Followed by the comparison of several concepts of military scenario, the four phases of development and running of military scenario in large military simulation system were brought forward. And an overview of key technologies was given using in military scenario research within the warfare simulation area.
