用N2代替部分空气进行闭路式气调热风干燥,可改善干燥品质,提高干燥速率。推导了不同N2含量混合气流状态参数的计算公式,绘制了N2惰性气体的湿焓图,并进行了不同N2含量混合气流参数及传热传质系数的计算。结果表明,混合气流状态参数及传质系数均随N2含量的增加而增加,传热系数随N2含量的增加而减小。
Abstract: Using Nz as drying media to replace air partially has the potential of getting a more rapid drying process and a better product quality. The NE-air mixed gas state parameters were calculated and a humidity-enthalpy chart relating all the relevant variables was developed. Heat transfer coefficient and mass transfer coefficient parameters were predicted according to theoretical calculation. State parameters and mass transfer coefficient for the N2-air mixed gas were found to increase with increasing N2 content, whereas heat transfer coefficient decreased with an increase in N2 content.
