Taking Dong Ethnic Village in Zhaoxing of Guizhou as an example, this paper uses principal components analysis to build residents＇ perceptions evaluation index system. Fuzzy synthetic evaluation is then employed to measure residents＇ perceptions of tourism influence. The results show that the value of residents＇ perception of tourism influence is 2. 775, that the residents＇ overall perception of tourism influence is relatively low, and that their positive perception is stronger than the negative. Reasons are explored and strategies are suggested
