京沪高速铁路昆山试验段技术升级改造,时隔5a后对原有砂桩-网复合地基进行2次预压,能否满足高速铁路工后沉降控制要求成为关键问题。分析了砂桩地基固结变形规律,利用模糊数学(Fuzzy)理论的“升半柯西分布”,建立隶属度函数描述砂桩-网复合地基从固结排水到复合地基的转化程度,提出固结度表达式,并通过实测数据验证该表达式计算精度。并对考虑土体应力历史影响的e -lgp曲线法计算2次预压沉降量进行探讨,该方法可最终实现工后沉降精确估算。
Due to technology upgrading of the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway in KunShan test section, the original sand piles-net composite foundation was performed with secondary preloading after five years'opera-tion.The key problem was whether control requirements could meet the requirements of high-speed railway set-tlement after preloading.In this paper,the deformation law of consolidation of the sand piles foundation was ana-lyzed using the theory of Fuzzy mathematics (Fuzzy)“Semi-Cauchy Distribution”,through establishing mem-bership function to describe the sand piles-net from the consolidated drained condition to the conversion degree of composite foundation.In this case,the equation of consolidation degree was proposed and the calculation pre-cision was validated through measured data.Finally,this method can achieve precise estimation of settlement af-ter construction,by considering the effect of the soil stress history with e-lgp curve method to calculate the mag-nitude of settlement after secondary preloading.
