Faced with the complex and ever-changing environment, how to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staffs andhow to play the positive impact that the organization citizenship behavior does to the organization performance is oneof the most concerned problems for the management of the enterprises. Under the background of the high-tech bio-pharmaceutical industry in China, the article combines the characteristics of this specific industry to find that the ma-terial incentive levels, the environrnental support, and development opportunities that the organization provides to theemployees all have significant influence on the organization citizenship behavior. Furthermore, the article gives the advices on how to strengthen the organization citizenship behavior of the employees.
