采用功能/结构一体化设计的功能梯度混凝土管片(Functionally Gradient Concrete Segment,简称FGCS)具有优异的力学性能、抗裂性能、抗渗性能和耐火性能,尤其是其抗离子渗透性能,生产的FGCS的Cl-扩散系数为4.9×10-13 m2.s-1,根据考虑多种因素作用下的Cl-扩散理论模型,其预测使用寿命在280年以上。FGCS的性能研究表明:与传统的钢筋混凝土管片相比,FGCS的防水、抗渗、抗蚀、抗裂性能以及耐火极限和抗冲击能力得到了显著提高。
Functionally Gradient Concrete Segment (abbr. FGCS) adopting functional and structural integrated design is of some excellent performances, such as mechanical property, antiracking, impermeability and fire resistance, especially, the ability to resist chloride ion penetration. Chloride diffusion coefficient of FGCS produced was only 4.9 × 10^-13 m^2 .s^-1. According to the multi-component diffusion equation,a service life for FGCS was predicted to be 280 years. Based on the performances mentioned above, mechanical property, antiracking,impermeability and fire resistance of FGCS were obviously improved in comparison with ordinary reinforced concrete segment.
