Through an investigation of B2B service websites,it divides Chinese B2B e-service modes into six types from two perspectives of service capability and customer segmentation.Then,a case study on two Chinese B2B service websites is conducted to analyze the evolution of B2B e-service in China.The results indicate that systematization,integration,platform establishment and customization are the main development trends of the B2B e-service in China in the future.
