根据法拉第效应的非互易性原理,分析了磁旋光反射腔交流调制输出倍频信号相关的特性;具体研究了倍频信号幅度及角度检测灵敏度与调制角幅度θ0和反射腔反射率R的关系。研究结果表明:当调制角幅度较小时,输出倍频信号幅度随反射率R的增加而增加,最大值是正交调制法的18倍左右;利用倍频信号检测角度的灵敏度与正交法相比也得到多倍提高,且随反射率R的增加而增加。该技术提供了一种交流磁光调制微小角度的检测方法,有望在相关领域获得较好地应用。
Based on the non-reciprocity principle of the Faraday Effect,the double-frequency-signal characteristics of the magneto-optical rotation reflector cavity is analyzed.The relationship is researched specifically between the double-frequency-signal amplitude and both of the modulation angle amplitude θ0 and the reflectivity R of the reflective cavity,and also between its angle detection sensitivity and both of the θ0 and R.The research results show that: when the modulation angle amplitude θ0 is small,the double-frequency-signal amplitude will increase with the R increasing,and maximum of it is 18 times of the orthogonal modulation.The angle detection sensitivity will also increase with the R increasing by the use of the double-frequency-signal.This technology provides a method of detecting the magneto-optical modulation angle,and is expected to be well applied in related field.
