在国内外安全文化与安全行为的研究成果基础上,选取高危行业的中小企业为研究对象,以安全氛围为中介变量,构建了安全文化对员工安全行为影响的结构模型。研究结果表明:安全文化的3个维度对员工安全行为存在直接或间接影响;企业安全文化各维度直接对安全氛围产生正向的影响,同时安全氛围也直接对员工安全行为的各个维度产生正向的影响;安全氛围在安全文化与员工安全行为两者关系之间存在着中介作用;提出实现员工安全行为的关键在于建设良好的企业安全文化以及营造和谐的安全氛围。
Based on the literature on safety culture and safety behavior, we select small and medium sized enterprises in the high-risk industries, and adding the safety climate as a mediating variable, and construct a structural model to study the Influence of safety culture on employee safety behavior. The results show that. (1) the three dimensions of corporate safety culture all have a direct or indirect impact on two dimensions of employees~ safety behavior~ (2) the three dimensions of safety culture all have a direct impact on safety climate, and safety climate has a direct impact on the two dimensions of employee's safety behavior (3) safety climate plays a mediating role between the relationship of corporate safety culture and employee's safety behavior. In order to promote the employee safety behavior, it is themost important to form a good safety culture and create a harmonious atmosphere.
