Success education needs both dominant curriculums and hidden curriculums in universities. In addition to playing an important role of education in the intelligence factors as played by dominant curriculums, hidden curriculums also take an active part in increasing emotional intelligence quotient and adversity quotient of students. In developing the hidden curriculum of success education, the following strategies are of great significance： improve teachers＇ leading role in the course organization through pedagogical discussion; let the student experience success in the implementation of the hidden curriculum with constructing platform for activities; set up the pluralistic concept of success through readjusting success evaluation criteria.
