高校开展成功教育不仅需要显性课程,还需要隐性课程,甚至在某种意义上,隐性课程对发展学生的情商和逆商起着更大的作用.高校进行成功教育的隐性课程开发时,以下策略具有重大意义:开展教学研讨,提升教师在课程组织中的主导作用;搭建活动平台,让学生在隐性课程的实施中体验成功;修正评价标准,树立成功的多元观念.

英文摘要:

Success education needs both dominant curriculums and hidden curriculums in universities. In addition to playing an important role of education in the intelligence factors as played by dominant curriculums, hidden curriculums also take an active part in increasing emotional intelligence quotient and adversity quotient of students. In developing the hidden curriculum of success education, the following strategies are of great significance: improve teachers' leading role in the course organization through pedagogical discussion; let the student experience success in the implementation of the hidden curriculum with constructing platform for activities; set up the pluralistic concept of success through readjusting success evaluation criteria.
