为了明确谷子的农艺性状和食味品质,以不同谷区的53份谷子为材料,利用SAS9.0软件对农艺性状与产量之间的相关性及其食味品质的变异进行分析。主要结果如下,农艺性状变异系数为0.07-0.28。穗长、节数(叶片数)、穗粗、穗重、千粒重与产量呈极显著正相关;株高与产量呈显著正相关。胶稠度大于115mm的材料有34份,占64.15%;中等糊化温度的谷子所占频率为71.7%;糯质、低直链淀粉和非糯类型的材料比例分别为15.1%、34%和24.5%。
In order to make clear agronomic traits and eating quality in foxtail millet,53 foxtail millet strains from different regions,were used to by SAS9.0 software analysis correlation between agronomic traits and yield and eating quality variation. The main results were as follows,variability of agronomic traits were 0.07-0.28 in foxtail millets. Panicle length,number of sections( the number of leaves),ear diameter,ear weight and grain weight had very significantly positively correlation to yield; plant height had significantly positive correlated to yield. 34 strains had gel consistency above 115 mm,accounting for 64. 15%; 71. 7% foxtail millet strains had moderate pasting temperature; the frequencies of waxy,low amylase content,non- waxy types were 15.1 %,34% and 24.5%,respectively.
