利用浸渍水热法将Ni负载到BiOBr载体上,制备了新型的Ni/BiOBr复合光催化剂,考察了水热反应温度和时间对制备催化剂的影响。同时采用XRD、BET、UV-Vis紫外-可见光谱等手段对样品进行了表征,研究了Ni/BiOBr在可见光照射下的光催化活性。结果表明,在水热反应温度为160℃,水热反应时间为8h的条件下,制备的Ni/BiOBr纳米材料具有很好的光催化活性,当Ni负载到BiOBr上时,Ni/BiOBr在可见光区的吸收带边发生红移,光催化实验表明,在可见光下(λ〉420nm)可以有效降解罗丹明B,降解率高达97%,Ni/BiOBr的晶型结构受反应条件的影响,它的禁带宽度为2.62eV。
Using dipping hydrothermal method make Ni loading to BiOBr carrier, prepared new type Ni/BiOBr composite photocatalyst, the effect of the hydrothermal condition of different reaction time and temperature on the catalyst which prepared was studied, and using XRD,BET,UV-Vis to evaluate the samples, studied photo- catalytic activity of Ni/BiOBr under visible light irradiation. The results show that, in the hydrothermal reac- tion temperature is 160℃, hydrothermal reaction time was 8h conditions, the nanomaterials prepared of Ni/ BiOBr having good photocatalytic activity, when Ni loading to BiOBr carrier, Ni/BiOBr has red shift in the visi- ble region of the absorption band edge, photocatalytic experiments show that rhodamine B under visible light (A )420nm) can be effectively degradated, the degradation rate of up to 97%, the crystal structure of Ni/BiOBr affected by the reaction conditions, its band gap was 2.62eV.
