突发公共事件所唤醒的民众负性情绪对于舆论信息传播有着重要影响作用,文章以舆论信息传播倾向作为结果变量,运用情境实验的方法分别通过5个实验来系统检验突发公共事件中民众负性情绪的唤醒程度,负性情绪对于舆论信息传播倾向的影响作用过程中相对剥夺感、群体效能以及突发公共事件信息(权威信息、精确信息)等变量的调节作用。最后根据研究所得结论提出相关舆论信息管理的对策与建议。
Negative emotions evoked by public emergencies have an important impact on information dissemination of public o- pinion. Using information dissemination propensity of public opinion as outcome variable, this study provides five scenario experi- ments to examine the evoking degree of the negative emotions in public and the regulations of negative emotions to relative depriva- tion, collective efficacy, event information (authoritative information and precise information) and other variables. In the end, some suggestions are proposed for public opinion management.
