目的研究禁水后小鼠三叉神经节水通道蛋白(AQPs)的表达变化。方法采用免疫组化方法比较观察禁水24h模型组(A组,3只)和正常饮水对照组(B组,3只)小鼠三叉神经节内AQP1和AQP4的表达。结果与B组比较,A组AQP1在三叉神经节内神经元上的阳性表达明显上调,而AQP4在微血管上的表达下调。结论 AQP1可能与AQP4一起协调参与渴觉的传导过程。
Objective To investigate the changes of expressions of aquaporins(AQPs) in the trigeminal ganglion of mice after dehydration. Methods The expressions of AQP1 and AQP4 in the trigeminal ganglion of mice were detected by immunohistochemistry and compared between group A(dehydration for 24 h,3 mice) and group B(normal hydroposia,3 mice). Results Compared with group B,the positive expression of AQP1 in the neuron within trigeminal ganglion was significantly up-regulated,while that of AQP4 in the microvessel was down-regulated in group A. ConclusionAQP1 and AQP4 may together take part in the thirst transduction.
