To face these challenges, we propose an internet forwarding load-balancing solution based on the best request forwarding of the Web server selection algorithm （RFWS）. The Web server node initiative P2P feedback fault detection method was adopted. The simulation results show that the solution is feasible and effective, and can enhance the efficiency of the user＇s access dramatically.
