非匹配超级透镜具有类似于超透镜(Superlens)突破衍射极限的超分辨光学成像特性,为进一步提高不匹配超级透镜的分辨率,将金属膜细分为多层膜以减少金属的吸收效应,在入射波长为442 nm的p偏振光源下,保持透镜总厚度不变,将设计好的非匹配超透镜SiO2(15 nm)/Ag(25 nm)/SiO2(15 nm)划分为5组等比缩小多层膜.相应于非匹配超透镜,等比缩小后的多层膜透镜组的光学分辨率从λ/5提高到λ/7.
The unmatched superlens(UMSL) has the similarly optical imaging property with superlens,which can overcome the diffraction limit to achieve super resolution imaging.In order to enhance the unmatched supelrens's resolution,based on the effect of reducing the absorption by dividing the single slab into multilayers,we further enhance its resolution via dividing the UMSL into five shortened geometric proportion multilayers stack(λ/7) while with the same total thickness of UMSL(its resolution about λ/5) at 442 nm with p-polarization.
