以大理石废料为填料,不饱和聚酯树脂(UPR)为粘结剂,纳米TiO2作为改性剂,采用常温固化成型工艺合成一种具有纳米粒子改性综合性能的新型有机人造大理石装饰材料。以废石粉、粘结剂、纳米改性剂和固化剂掺入量等因素为水平因子,压缩强度为试验指标进行正交试验设计并对试验结果进行验证分析和讨论。结果表明,废石粉掺入量对大理石压缩强度影响的显著性最大,最佳配方(质量分数)组合为:废石粉60%、粘结剂25%、改性剂4.5%和固化剂0.5%。
With marble waste stone as the main raw material, unsaturated polyester resin as bonding agent, nano-TiO 2 as a modifier, adopting the room temperature, a new artificial marble with nano-particles which its comprehensive performance was modified was blended. Using the amount of waste stone powder, binder, nano-modifier and curing agent as level factors, the compressive strength as test index, the orthogonal test design was carried out; the test results were analyzed and discussed. The research showed that the amount of waste stone powder influenced marble compressive strength greatly, the best formula combination was as following, the amount of the waste stone powder was 60%, bonding agent 25%, modification agent was 4.5 % and curing agent was 0. 5 %.
