目的:研究雄激素受体(AR)基因第一外显予微卫星多态性与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)发病的相关性。方法:采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)及变性聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分离DNA片段的方法,检测了64例PCOS患者和58倒正常对照者的AR基因第一外显子微卫星多态性。结果:①共有28个AR-CAG等位基因,其范围在PCOS组是11~36(CAG)s,在对照组是12-31(CAG)s;②在PCOS组,长等位基因、短等位基因及双等位基因的(CAG)s平均数与对照组相比,差异均元统计学意义。结论:AR基因第一外显予微卫星多态性与PCOS的发病似元直接关系。
Objective:To study the association between CAG trinucleotide repeat polymorphism in exon 1 of androgen receptor (AR) gene and polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). Methods: Frequency distributions of CAG repeat alleles of AR gene of 64 PCOS patients and 58 controls were analyzed by PCR and denaturing acrylamide gels electrophoresis. Results:Twenty AR-CAG alleles in our population were found. The CAG repeats ranged from 11-36 in patients and 12-31 in controls. There were no differences in the mean CAG repeat number between patients and controls when both alleles were eonsiogether or separately (all P :〉 0.05). Conclusion. There is no association between AR-CAG trinucleotide repeat microsatellite polymorphism and PCOS.
