College students in Hefei Modian area as example. Around the Hefei modian near the questionnaire survey was conducted among 600 college students. Through summary analysis of the data mobile phone media on college students＇ thought and behavior of positive and negative two aspects effect. And on how to correctly deal with mobile phone media on college students＇ positive impact.
