国际化是否能够提升企业绩效?已有的实证研究大都是以西方发达国家的企业作为研究对象,针对中国情境下的实证研究非常有限。随着全球化竞争的加剧和全球经济联动效应的增强,对于市场的争夺更加激烈。在这种形势下,如何评价我国政策导向从偏重"引进来"到更加重视"走出去"再到"统筹利用国际国内两个市场、两种资源"的战略转变呢?以中国纺织服装81家上市公司作为样本展开了国际化程度与企业绩效关系的研究。结果表明,中国企业国际化程度与企业绩效并非呈现正向或负向线性关系以及U形或倒U形、S形曲线关系,而是尚未具有规律性特征的不确定关系。
Does internationalization bring better performance for business? Most of existing empirical studies focused on firms in western developed countries and few of them paid attention on Chinese firms.Market competition is much fierce with accelerating competition in globalization and economic links among all countries.Under such circumstances,how to evaluate our policy from thinking highly of foreign direct investment to value outward internationalization then to both of them? The article targets listed companies in textile and apparel industry to test relationship between degree of internationalization and corporate performance.The result showed that it is different from most of present conclusion,neither linear nor Ushaped,inverted U-shaped or sigmoid,in China,the relationship between them is unsystematic and uncertain.
