采用紫外分光光度计,在碱性及三聚氰胺和蔗糖过量的条件下,通过测量蔗糖、三聚氰胺和甲醛反应体系中甲醛浓度随时间变化的情况,研究了蔗糖-三聚氰胺-甲醛树脂的合成反应动力学,探讨了其可能的反应机理。结果表明:蔗糖、三聚氰胺和甲醛反应对甲醛为一级反应,其反应表观活化能为43.51k J/mol;蔗糖、三聚氰胺和甲醛的反应机理为三元共缩聚和以蔗糖作为稳定剂的物理交联共同作用的结果。
UV spectrophotometer was used to measure the change of formaldehyde content in synthesis system of Sucrose-Melamine-Formaldehyde( SMF) resin based on an alkaline condition and excess of sucrose and melamine. The kinetics reaction and reaction mechanism of SMF resin were studied in the paper. The results show that the reaction order of formaldehyde in SMF resin was 1,and the activation energy was 43. 51 k J / mol. The mechanism of SMF was due to the interaction of physical and chemical polycondensation.
