基于多尺度空间单元思想及空间临近思想的指导,运用加权求和模型,以云南省129个县区为例,进行以自然环境为承载体、经济发展为动力、社会和谐为目的的省域可持续发展功能区划研究。结果表明:云南省可持续发展功能区可划分为3个综合功能区、9个综合功能亚区、22个功能小区。在综合功能区层面上,可持续发展指数依次为滇中-东高原综合功能区、滇东北中山-山原河谷综合功能区、滇西横断山系纵谷综合功能区;在功能亚区层面上,总体呈现出东部地区的发展现状及发展潜力强于西部的状况,且差异较大;在功能小区层面上,在东部地区的发展现状及发展潜力强于西部地区的同时,同一亚区的小区之间存在着显著的差距。
Based on the views of scale-space theory and the theory of closer space, take the model of weighted sum and synthetic evaluation to research the sustainable development in the Yunnan provincial region, which uses the natural environment as supporting bracket, takes economical development as power, attains harmonious society as objective. The results show that: The paper has divided the Yunnan province as 3 comprehensive regions, 9 comprehensive sub-regions and 22 districts. At the regional level of the function index of Comprehensive were, in order, in the middle and the east of Yunnan province, which is component as plateau of the east of Yunnan; the northeastern Yunnan Province' s, which is component as plateau and valley; the northwestern Yunnan Province' s, which lies in the longitudinal mountain ranges, major rivers and deep valleys, the longitudinal range gorge region (LRGR)in the northwestward of Yunnan province. At the sub-regional level, the development and the development potential of the function index of Comprehensive in the east of Yunnan is more than the west area of it totally, at the same time, there are many differences among these regions. At the plot level, the function index in the east of Yunnan is more than the west area of it. There are many differences among these districts level of the function index at the same sub-regional.
