选用TritonX-114为表面活性剂,EDTA-Na4P2O7为络合剂,建立了浊点萃取-分光光度法测定水样中稀土元素镧和钕的新方法。考察了pH值、EDTA-Na4P2O7用量、TritonX-114浓度、水浴时间、离心时间对浊点萃取效率的影响。实验结果测得镧和钕的检出限分别为0.03590μg/mL和0.03779μg/mL;其相对标准偏差(RSD)分别为2.7%~3.9%和3.0%~4.6%;回收率分别为92.1%~97.8%和94.9%~102.1%,方法可行。
A new method of determination of rare earth La and Nd in water sample by spectrometry after cloud point extraction which using TritonX-114 as surfactant and EDTA-Na4P2O7 as complexing agent,was proposed.The effects of experimental conditions such as pH value,EDTA-Na4P2O7 dosage,TritonX-114 concentration,equilibration time and centrifugation time on cloud point extraction were discussed.The experiment results showed that the detection of La and Nd is 0.03539μg/mL,the detection of Nd is 0.03590μg/ mL and 0.03779μg/mL,the RSD of La and Nd is 2.7%~3.9% and 3.0%~4.6%,the rerecovery rate of La and Nd is 92.1%~97.8% and 94.9%~102.1%.The method is feasible.
