为了了解中国电网企业微信公众号营运的现状,统计了电网企业微信公众号开通的情况。根据传播学理论和公众号的新媒体特点,构建了用户需求导向的5W模型作为系统框架,从其受众、运营主体、推送内容、传播渠道四方面分析总结公众号的运营策略并评估各策略的有效性,针对存在的问题提出改进建议。
In order to find out the operation characteristics of power grid enterprises' WeChat official accounts, the number of their official accounts is first summarized. Secondly, a client demand oriented 5W model is established according to the characteristics of new media. On this basis, the operation strategies of power grid enterprises' WeChat official accounts are analyzed from four aspects: object, operation subject, communication content and communication channels. And then, the effectiveness and weakness of these operation strategies are evaluated. Finally, some improvement suggestions about the operation of power grid enterprises' WeChat official accounts are put forward.
