通过对2002年12月-2003年3月养殖的亚东鲑胚胎进行观察,并结合1999年12月-2000年5月和2000年12月-2001年5月所取样品的对照,对其胚胎发育的过程进行了详细描述。根据胚胎发育的外部形态及典型特征将亚东鲑胚胎发育过程分为10个时期;在平均水温4.3℃条件下,从受精到出膜需要大约339.7-447.2积温(度·日)不等;胚胎发育的天数与积温呈明显的线性相关;胚胎发育的各期对外界环境的敏感性不同,体节形成至发眼前期这一阶段对外环境比较敏感;不同大小的卵对孵化率没有显著影响;出膜时仔鱼的平均大小为(13.09±0.90)mm之间。

英文摘要:

Fertilization eggs of Salmo trutta fario L. flors Yadong River, Tibet, were sampled and observed in three reproduction stages 1999- 12- 2000-05, 2000- 12- 2001 -05 and 2002- 12- 2003-03. According to the exterior appearance and the typical characteristics, process of embryo development was divided into 10 periods and described in detail. The result indicated accumulative temperature ranged between 339.37 and 447.2 (℃·d) from fertilization to hatching, under the condition of average water temperature 4.3℃ ; a significant linear relation has been observed in number of days of embryos development and accumulative temperature; each stage of early development has different sensitivity to peripheral environment; the period from somitogenesis to eyed pie-stage was more sensitive than other stages; no significant influences were observed in eggs of different sizes and hatching rates; the average size of larvae in hatching was (13.09±0.90)mm.
