Based on bus CAN project jointly accomplished by Shaanxi Industrial Technology Research Institute （SITPd） and the Shaanxi Automobile Group, this paper uses a single case study to explore how the project enhances the ability of independent in- novation of enterprisesthrough GIURU collaborative innovation, reveals the mechanism of GIURU collaborative innovation, analy- ses the 4 key points for successful collaborative innovation to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises, and further studies the mechanism innovation of GIURU.
