探讨了硅烷偶联剂γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷(KH550)存在下,乙烯和醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)与引发剂过氧化二异丙苯(DCP)的化学交联。讨论了DCP用量、交联时间和交联温度对EVA交联产物交联度的影响;同时采用DSC对EVA交联产物的热性能及EVA交联产物的机械性能和透光性进行了分析。结果表明:偶联剂的加入对EVA交联产物的机械性能有影响,且EVA交联产物的耐热性和剥离强度等性能随着交联度的增加而显著提高;EVA交联产物的熔融温度随着凝胶质量分数的增加而降低,同时其透光率在400-700 nm区间内,随凝胶质量分数的增加而增加;EVA交联产物醋酸基降解温度在355.7℃附近,而整个分子链的热降解温度随凝胶质量分数的增加有所增加。

英文摘要:

Chemical crosslinking of EVA and dicumyl peroxide(DCP)as initiator in the presence of γ-3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane(KH550)was studied;The crosslinking degree factors on the EVA sch as the content of DCP,crosslinking time and temperature were discussed.The thermal properties,mechanical property and light transmittance of the crosslinked EVA product had been investigated by DSC.The results showed that the mechanical properties of crosslinked EVA product were affected by the addition of coupling agent.The heat resistance,peeling strength of crosslinked EVA product improved significantly with the increase of the crosslinking degree.The melt temperature of crosslinked EVA decreased with the content of gel increasing,and its light transmittance ratio among 400~700 nm also increased with the content of gel increasing,the acetate group of crosslinked EVA was decomposed in 355.7 ℃,and the decompose temperature of whole molecule structure was increased with the increase of gel content.
