本文通过分析谐振式DC-DC变换器在滤波电感变化时的电路特性,阐明了死区产生、效率降低的原因,并推出了死区与滤波电感的关系,从而得到没有死区的工作条件,为电路的性能改善提供了依据。本文结论将有利于谐振式电能转换电路的分析、设计和改进。
The operation condition without dead-time of resonant DC-DC converter is derived from the relationship between dead-time and filtering inductor based on the analysis of characteristics of converter when filtering inductor value changed. With such conclusion, the characteristics of converter could he improved greatly.
